Matt Laukaitis
Principal
Matt Laukaitis is an experienced executive leader and strategist with broad experience in successfully implementing technology to enable business strategies while exceeding expectations at the intersection of corporate strategy, Board alignment, and senior leadership execution.
Prior to founding Alpha Insight Partners, Matt led SAP’s global Consumer Industries team focused on customer satisfaction and solution feedback, industry strategy, go to market, portfolio management, sales performance, and ecosystem development for the Retail, CPG, Wholesale Distribution, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Agribusiness industries.

Matt’s experience helping to deliver success on high value, consequential transformations includes advising senior leaders and Boards in assessing programs, corporate cultures, team readiness, and overcoming obstacles across hundreds of implementations and customer relationships to deliver success and measurable business results.

Matt serves on the Boards of the Fashion Scholarship Fund, The Runway of Dreams Foundation, and is a regional co-chair for the Els for Autism Golf Challenge. Matt holds an MBA with high honors from Thunderbird, and a BSME from Lehigh University, where he serves on the Parents Council and the Dean’s Advisory Council for the College of Health.

Bill's previous leadership roles have enabled him to oversee the intersection of people, process, technology and governance to drive outsize return and performance across tactical and strategic programs required to accelerate business strategies. Bill's experiences include CIO/CTO/CMO/COO roles at notable organizations including REI, Torrid, Total Wine & More, Tower, CHUBB, NEC and Bank of Ireland. Bill's varied expertise in omni-channel strategy, digital transformation, and operational efficiency combined to deliver record growth, profitability, and IPO success for companies at various stages of growth.
Bill serves as the American Heart Association National Board Chair, on the Life is Why Council, and is Principal Consultant of High-Impact IT, a boutique IT consulting group focused on addressing private equity business porfolio interuptions.
Kerry Pauling

Kerry Pauling has deep experience leading diverse and distributed teams operating at scale to support tremendous business growth, high performance, and enabling enterprise strategies through collaborative partnerships between technology and business leadership.
Kerry's roots were in the logistics and technology industry serving the world’s largest retailer, Walmart, Inc., managing annual budgets exceeding a billion dollars with several thousand internal and external resources, where he drove a digital strategy that combined technology with cutting-edge business processes to drive innovation.
As a Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Walmart’s International, Kerry championed the digital transformation strategy, serving alongside the CEO and other business segment presidents. Kerry was vested with the responsibility to run and govern a multi-phased, International Technology Strategy, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across several countries. Additionally, he led the technology strategy for HR, Finance, Real Estate, Sourcing and other divisions where he deployed disruptive technologies, leveraged BOTs and advanced analytics to automate processes.
Kerry is the founder and CEO of KP4 Solutions, a specialized consulting firm providing unique insights into the intersection of technology, people, and process.
Kerry is known for fostering a highly collaborative Agile culture that enables growth transformation in cloud computing, AI and robotic process automation.
Colleagues refer to Kerry as a motivational and collaborative leader with a high level of professional ethics, respect, accountability, and integrity. Kerry holds a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas, and he has served on the Executive Advisory Boards for SAP, IBM, and GS1 Global.
Harris Fogel

Outside of work, Harris enjoys time with his wife, daughters, and their Sheltie. He is an avid endurance sports enthusiast, enjoys grilling and loves relaxing on the lake with his family and friends. Lastly, Harris is Bulldog through and through having graduated from the University of Georgia!
Stephen Sparrow

Stephen Sparrow has been a pioneer at the intersection of enterprise technology and vertical industry for over 25 years, developing and driving targeted and industry specific marketing strategies at SAP, Microsoft, and Sun Microsystems. He has deep experience in technology, enabling infrastructure, applications, and LOB solutions marketing. Stephen has created and launched industry marketplaces and has recruited, managed, and co-marketed them with software and hardware partners.
Spanning over 36 years in technology and marketing, he has bootstrapped, managed, and supported new and innovative showcase experiences, including a 30,000 sqft. Executive Briefing Center, a 20,000 sqft. Retail Experience Center, numerous “experience the future / art of the possible” engagements, and customer specific campaigns focused on end user adoption and successful deployment of technology aligned to business outcomes.
Stephen also has extensive experience in identifying, developing, and managing relationships with industry associations representing customers processing trillions of dollars of GDP. Stephen has a MBA from Seattle University with a focus on executive leadership.
